CU Hacking 2026 — 3rd Place Overall
Hackathon Edge AI Raspberry Pi QNX HardwareWe competed in CU Hacking 2026 in Ottawa with the initial goal of tackling the QNX Hackathon Challenge. Our team built BioReact-Pi — an edge-AI bioreactor controller on a Raspberry Pi that reads live temperature sensors, applies a logistic bacterial growth model on-device, and streams everything to a real-time web dashboard with an animated petri-dish colony visualization. Though we pivoted away from the QNX OS to Raspberry Pi OS mid-hackathon, we secured 3rd Place Overall in the main competition!

Cursor Hackathon Sudbury 2026
Hackathon AI Safety FastAPIWe competed in the Cursor Hackathon Sudbury 2026 — Build the North, creating an explainable AI safety system for mining sites called Northern Shift Guard. It was an incredible experience collaborating with the community and showcasing how AI can improve industrial safety.
Coming soon: Stay tuned for a personal vlog of the entire day and a full project presentation video, which will be embedded here soon!
